When you place an order with Bookanet, you'll get instructions on accessing the venue.

Venues with integrated access

Most venues have access systems integrated with Bookanet, so when you place an order you'll receive a mobile SMS, email or both with the access code to use at the time of your booked session. With the codes you'll receive instructions on accessing the venue.

Venues with permanent onsite staff

Some venues have front desk or onsite staff who will provide you access at the time of your session. When you visit the venue, you can show the onsite staff your Bookanet confirmation email which contains the order number they'll need to provide you access.
