Bookanet's goal is to provide a service which empowers clubs, venues and their users to self-manage bookings, orders, membership and other functionality.

Direct support to end users is not offered by Bookanet. Venue users have a relationship with the venue, and should contact venue management for assistance.

In the event of a venue user or admin having issues, the quickest solution is to follow some essential steps to resolve it yourself. If you can't resolve it, then you should contact Bookanet.
